Starts from "Waiting for People" state, wherein the PIR and IR sensor are active
"Welcome Stage" starts when both the PIR and IR sensors go high, and the IR sensor timer expires to indicate that the person stayed for a decent amount of time
Anytime the user leaves during the welcome stage, the game goes back to waiting stage
When LEAF is inserted, the Stage 1 game begins. After the Stage 1 game timer expires, the game moves on to Stage 2
During these two stages, anytime the LEAF is removed or the 30s no user input timer expires, the game moves back to the waiting stage
When stage 2 timer expires, the ending stage begins to conclude the game
When user removes LEAF, the game goes back to the beginning, waiting for people to show up
